I left Berlin this morning at around 7 a.m. at -8°.
My first charging point was an Ionity column, 45km later. The battery had almost the ambient temperature of -4°, so the charging process (45 minutes) took a long time. Coolant2 was first heated to 41°, the battery had 28° but it wasn't enough for more than 100kW.
In the beginning it went up to 86kW but then down to less than 40kW.
Now, 1½ hours later, the battery only had 14° to be heated up again. From 34% to 80% 33min were announced. Now he's working his way up to 60kW, after 15 minutes of charging, on an Ionity column.
Coolant2 33°, battery 14-22°
After almost 30 minutes, the power has increased to 136kW and the temperature is 25-32° in the battery and Coolant2 27°
47 kWh in 31 minutes

I read somewhere these power levels depending on the mode selected:
Eco, 290hp
Normal and Sport, 480hp
GT, Full Power, 585hp

Einverstanden, aber im Eco-Modus ist der GT auf 280 oder 290 PS begrenzt, wenn ich mich nicht irre, also hatte ich Zahlen nahe der GT-Linie AWD erwartet ....

Ich hoffe. Ich werde schwarz lackieren kommt alles in Alu, Kia Logos inklusive. Wenn der Streifen bereits schwarz ist, spare ich Zeit und Geld. Danke für den Hinweis.

In the end I also decided against all-season tires. It's a car with tremendous performance... the tires have to be able to withstand it too! So only the best material. The tires are your only contact with the road, old adage.
Regarding winter tyres, especially for the GT version where performance counts a lot, a few days ago I saw a comparison test between standard winter tires (were Hankook) and winter tires specially designed for electric cars (Hankook iON).
The performances were much better with the iON (acceleration, braking...). Do you know if Continental, Michelin or Pirelli have developed similar winter tires for electric vehicles?

Hi everyone, this is the first time I've seen the stripe on the upper bumper size painted black (usually aluminum or "smoky grey").
And also the turn signals seem to be covered in transparent black... I would like to keep the car like this but I rather think it is an after market wrap. Any idea?
